1 Seaside Sparrow is located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines Resort. The 4th row, corner lot location overlooks a gorgeous lagoon, which offers extensive water views from the Living Room, Dining Room and upper balcony areas. The home has been renovated beautifully from floor to ceiling and the abundant windows provide exceptional views and natural light in all of the main living areas. The thoughtfully designed outdoor area with private pool and outdoor spa is surrounded by a privacy wall and includes a large, built-in grilling station for memorable outdoor gatherings. Additional balconies and patio areas provide the perfect alternatives for enjoying the outdoors.

This delightful beach home is just 4th Row from the ocean with a wonderful Sea Pines location that allows easy access to the miles of sugar-sand beaches, endless bike trails, world-class golf & tennis as well as South Beach Marina Village and Harbour Town. Paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

The two-story layout has a downstairs den/living room and upstairs Living Room with extended sitting area. Both of these living rooms have large flat screen TV's. Adjacent to the upstairs living room is the gorgeous dining room and wet bar in front of a wall of windows, and the renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The upstairs bedrooms include the large Master suite with King bed, love seat and desk, 2 additional Master bedrooms with King bed,s and a 4th bedroom with a Queen bed. Downstairs bedrooms include a guest room with 3 Twins, another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a third bedroom with a Bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom). The downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds has direct access to a full bathroom in the hallway, and all other bedrooms have insuite baths. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's, and all bathrooms have been meticulously upgraded with granite counters, new cabinets and walk-in showers.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Pines:). The island and area is gorgeous and the house we stayed in was beautiful and accommodated all our needs:). We loved the pool and biking the area. The beach was fabulous!

This is the 4th time our family stayed in this house in the South Beach area. We love the area and ability to walk to the beach. Riding bikes on the awesome bike trails is a favorite of everyone. The team at Destination Vacation is wonderful!! They helped with even little things like getting rid of a few wasp nests. Their kindness and professionalism has us going back to them for our vacation needs.

The house fit our large family very well. There were only a couple of suggestions that would have helped our stay be more comfortable. We ate at the house a lot and there was not enough seats for all of us to eat inside. There is room for another small table at the end of the living area that would have helped us with seating. Also, there was only one large casserole dish. A couple more large glass casserole dishes would have been nice. The gate locks needed some attention. We loved that everyone had their own bath and the living area was large enough for the whole family. We had only two requests and those were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We love not having to look for another house for next year. We will be here again.

Both 1 Seaside sparrow and 1913 South Beach club were enjoyed immensely by the Dasher clan. the only minor issue at SBC was addressed promptly and courteously by your excellent staff.
