206 N. Sea Pines Drive features 7 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, garage and bedding for 24 guests. Every inch of this elite home is appointed with the finest materials, from custom cabinetry and built-ins, to heart of pine and tile flooring, granite counters, coffered ceilings, Viking appliances and the finest architectural columns and moldings.

Bedrooms include a Primary Suite on the first floor with King bed, gas fireplace and separate His and Her baths with walk-thru shower. This Suite includes a guest bedroom with bedding for 2-4 children, making it the perfect bedroom for a young family. The second floor features 4 bedrooms including a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath, King bedroom and full bath, Twins bedroom and full bath, and King bedroom with daybed/trundle and full bath. The home also features a guest house with 2 separate bedrooms and full baths, one with a Queen bed and the other with a pair of bunk beds. All bedrooms include large closets and flat screen TVs, and free wireless internet is available throughout the home.

206 N. Sea Pines Drive is a resort unto itself with state of the art amenities including the gourmet kitchen, home theatre with leather reclining chairs, sports bar with multiple flat screen TV’s, game table and billiards table, screened outdoor living area w/Viking grill and fireplace, cabana bar, laundry room on each floor, covered walkways lined with columns and large saltwater infinity pool, Spa and granite pool bar.

It is easy to enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer from 206 N. Sea Pines Drive. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. As a member home of the Atlantic Point community, guests of 206 N. Sea Pines Drive enjoy access to the beach, tennis and pickleball court and community pool within the Atlantic Point neighborhood, located directly across the street.

Purely blissful and relaxing, 206 N. Sea Pines Drive sleeps up to 24 guests and is non-smoking. No pets please.
