The first level offers a welcoming gathering space with a comfortable family room featuring ocean views, a large-screen TV, game table, and wet bar with refrigerator and counter seating. Two guest bedrooms are located on this level, including an oceanview king bedroom with private bath and a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath with tub/shower combination. A separate den with privacy doors, queen sleeper sofa, and TV sits between the bedrooms, offering additional space for guests to relax or unwind. A full bathroom and laundry room complete this level.

A landing midway up the main staircase leads to two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and private bath and the other with bunk beds with queen mattresses and private bath with shower/tub combination.

The upper level is the heart of the home, where ocean views provide a beautiful backdrop for gathering and entertaining and you can step outside onto the expanded covered balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and sweeping views of the beach. This floor features a formal living room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, casual dining area, and separate dining room. The primary suite is also located on this level and features a king bed, private oceanview balcony, and spacious ensuite bathroom.

Outside, the private pool area offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy Hilton Head's coastal setting. The pool and adjoining spa are surrounded by a sunny deck with lounge chairs, while the covered patio provides a shaded space with outdoor dining furniture, fire pit and a gas grill. Spa heat is included with your stay, and pool heat is available for an additional fee.

Located within Palmetto Dunes Resort, 9 East Wind also offers convenient access to some of Hilton Head Island's favorite activities.
