The Master Suite features a King bed, TV and bath with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. The laundry room is located in the master closet and features a sink and full size washer and dryer. Step outside from the living room to the covered porch where you can unwind or dine on the comfortable furniture, cook on the gas grill or move out to the pool deck with lounge chairs and patio furniture.

Venture up the stairs to the mid-level of this home featuring a bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd floor of this home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a King Suite with full bath (walk-in shower), King Suite with full bath (shower/tub combination) and two bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and 1 Full bed that share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower/tub combination).

Gas is provided for the gas grill and garage use is allowed at this home. The owners also share their tennis membership with guests, which includes 1 hour of free daily tennis at South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach Racquet Club is a short bike ride from the house and is also home to a fantastic Pickleball complex!

When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation home is a short, safe walk on a paved beach path to the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island. Paved bike paths run throughout Sea Pines and can be accessed directly across the street from this home. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
