With sweeping ocean views, 14 Brigantine is a gorgeous oceanfront home in Palmetto Dunes Resort with a private pool, spa and private beach path. The attention to detail, quality construction and first-class amenities go hand-in-hand with the oceanfront location on Hilton Head Island. This magnificent home sleeps up to 16 guests.

Upon entering the home at 14 Brigantine, you will immediately notice the foyer with high ceilings and travertine tile floors that lead past impressive columns to the Living Room with 60" HDTV, wicker sofas and love seats and built-in shelving. This living room has glass doors to the pool deck and a direct ocean view. Four bedrooms are located on this level, as well as the laundry area. The bedrooms include 2 Master suites, each with a King bed, double vanity bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, and flat-screen TV’s. Both Master suites have ocean views and access doors to the patio and pool deck. The other 2 Guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full bath and flat-screen TV and a bedroom with 2 Double beds, full bath and flat-screen TV.

The rich hardwood flooring begins on the stairs and continues throughout the upper Main Level. Once upstairs, you will enter the large oceanfront Living Room with comfortable furniture, fireplace and large flat-screen HDTV. This room opens onto an oceanfront veranda with magnificent 180 degree views of the ocean. Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, wine cooler and Viking appliances. The Dining Room seats 8 with direct views of the ocean, and the Breakfast area and bar stools add additional seating for up to 7 more guests. A separate media room is on this level with a large sectional sofa, DVD player and flat-screen HDTV. The bedrooms on the Main Level include the Master with King bed, fireplace, sitting area, mounted flat-screen TV and direct ocean views. Doors open onto the oceanfront veranda from this room. The 2nd bedroom on this level has a Queen bed, full bath and flat-screen TV.

Amenities at 14 Brigantine will take your vacation to the next level, and a highlight of the home is its spectacular outdoor living space. With multiple levels of covered and uncovered patio and decking areas, the setting is perfect for entertaining, eating, reading or relaxing all while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. The pool deck offers lounge chairs, eating areas and an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, ice maker, and sink. There is a full bath with an entrance from the pool deck so that you do not need to go into the house. The pool and spa will provide hours of fun for the entire family. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. Garage use is allowed for all guests of this home, and free daily tennis is provided for guests at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

My family and I loved our accommodation at 14 Brigantine. Our family consists of 6 adults and 4 children and the house had a perfect layout for us. Each family had their own area with plenty of common space as well. The house is very well equipped and very well maintained. The setting is beautiful and right on the beach. We spent many hours on the beach and the pool was a huge hit. We have already booked our vacation for next year and can’t wait to return to this beautiful home. I can’t say enough about our interaction with Destination Vacation. From our booking last year to our final conversation at departure they were so friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a couple very minor issues with the house that were addressed promptly. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who are heading to Hilton Head. It’s a wonderful vacation spot with plenty to offer all ages.

The house was as adertised and met our needs very well. There were a few things that needed attention which simply afforded Destination Vacation an chance to demonstrate how very thoughtful and responsive they are. Very pleased.

The house was wonderful, and we took advantage of the outdoor grill often. Bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. One thing the owners might consider If feasible......... Putting a faucet at bottom of staircase leading Into the house. We worried about sand in the house and that would take care of the problem. If not that....... A shower head that is removable in the pool bathroom to rinse the shower floor after rinsing off. Other than that.......... The house is amazing...... Nicest we have stayed in. Price seemed fair for what the house had To offer.

*Manager's Note: Thank you so much for your review and suggestions. We, too, are not sure that adding a faucet at the bottom of the staircase is feasible, but there is one around the side of the house with a long hose attached that can be used prior to climbing the staircase to the house.

14 Brigatine , first time stayed there, love the Palmetto Dunes area and the house was outstanding. Great large master bedrooms and top notch appliances in the kitchen, and open concept areas on second floor was terrific. Outside porches were extensive with just spectacular views from the upper deck. Pool area with large grilling area and fridge outside and great idea to have a bathroom with outside access. several areas to eat in and outside. Destination vacations staff very easy to reach and attended well to the few minor issues encountered. The furniture was fresh and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. The elevator was a plus because one of the guests had recent knee replacement surgery and steps were a chore. One minor comment was that there was no powder room on the upper floor with the kitchen and dining area, so one needed to use a bathroom in one of the bedrooms or go down a floor to the powder room on the first floor. This was an extremely minor inconvenience. I most liked the spectacular outside view of the gorgeous beach. Many enjoyed the pool and the hot tub also. Overall a spectacular house that if the family decides to return to Hilton Head again would not hesitate to rent. We have stayed in several houses at HH over the past seven years and this ranks probably at the top.
