16 Grey Widgeon is planning exciting renovations for 2020, including all new kitchen, bathrooms and a 6th bedroom and bathroom suite with bedding for 6 additional guests!

Welcome to 16 Grey Widgeon in Sea Pines! This beautiful oceanfront home offers gorgeous views, beach access, private pool and spa, 5 bedrooms and bedding for up to 18 guests (in 2019). In 2020, this home will feature 6 bedrooms and bedding for up to 24 guests.

Upon entering 16 Grey Widgeon, the living room welcomes you with high ceilings, professionally selected furnishings and large windows with views of the pool and ocean. Two doors in the living room can take you to the oceanfront pool deck or screened porch, and the open floorplan includes the kitchen and dining areas adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops, center island with prep sink, gas range, double ovens and stainless steel refrigerator. The dining area features sliding glass doors to the screened porch, which is a premier amenity overlooking the pool and beach.

The bedrooms at 16 Grey Widgeon include a master suite on the main level and four bedroom suites upstairs. The 1st floor master suite features a king bed, oceanfront patio with ceiling fan and large his/her bathroom with two wash rooms, separate vanity areas, tub and walk-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms include a top floor master suite with a king bed, daybed and sleeper sofa, private oceanfront balcony and large bathroom with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. Two oceanfront suites offer private balconies with sweeping ocean views and full baths with walk-in showers. One of these suites has a king bed and single sleeper and the other has a king bed, single sleeper and daybed. The final 2nd floor suite with 2 queen beds features a full bath with walk-in shower.

16 Grey Widgeon is the perfect blend of casual oceanfront beach living and highly sought amenities. The pool, spa and beach offer unprecedented recreation amenities while the screened porch, free Wifi throughout the home and TV's in all bedrooms and living room satisfy relaxation and down-time amenities. Functional amenities, such as double ovens, laundry room with sink and spare refrigerator and 2-car garage round out the full guest experience.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
