This Sea Pines vacation home with 6 bedrooms and two private sleeper dens is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. High end appointments, from travertine tile floors to custom cabinets, countertops, built-ins and coffered ceilings, are balanced with plush furniture, multiple living areas and an open floorplan. This home is a 6-minute walk to the beach and offers exceptional amenities, such as private pool (can be heated for additional charge), spa, pool cabana with full bath, gas grill and outdoor sitting areas, including a screened porch.

The 1st floor of this home features a master suite with trey ceiling, master bath with double vanities, his and her closets, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower and adjoining study/office with sleeper sofa. The study/office is perfect for young kids or a nursery if the parents are in the master bedroom. The first floor also features a separate living room with coffered ceilings and sleeper sofa, dining room with tray ceilings, family room with flat screen TV and built-ins, Chefs kitchen with granite counters, large breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, center island with prep sink, stainless appliances and Dacor gas stove and breakfast table with 4 seats adjacent to family room and kitchen. A separate laundry room with sink, half bath and access to the 2-car garage complete the first floor.

The second level features five bedrooms, all with TVs and private baths, and a furnished den with a TV and half bath. The master suite features a king bed and overlooks the pool. The first guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds, the second guest bedroom features a King bed, the third guest bedroom features a Queen bed and the fourth guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds. The den with the half bath features a sectional couch and barn doors for privacy.

Amenities at 28 Baynard Cove will take your vacation to the next level! With private pool, spa, cabana with full bath, gas grill, furnished patio areas and screened porch, the setting is perfect for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available at no cost to guests and garage use is allowed for all guests of this home. The garage is large enough for 1-2 cars or bikes and golf clubs and also includes a spare refrigerator.

Centrally located in Sea Pines, the location of 28 Baynard Cove is unbeatable. The beach is only a 6-minute walk via bike trail behind the home, and Harbour Town, the Plantation Golf Club, the Sea Pines Beach Club and South Beach Marina are easy bike rides or short drives away. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. What I personally appreciate the most? Honest opinions, suggestions—always after asking questions -to insure your input is personalized for US! Amazing! Being from California…. I always give interested friends-your information.. with my usual sales pitch :-)! Re: the home? Perfect for my brother who is now having much difficulty walking! Perfect for providing privacy for everyone - all ages! The pool and backyard were outstanding. While somewhat silly— we would have appreciated more dishwasher and clothes washer pods and a few extra rolls of TP…to get started. We forgot to purchase these on our first BIG buy and with everyone’s enthusiasm to start living the vacation life … we were left with an uh oh…. Late one evening. Nothing major!!! That’s it:-) Sad to leave n ready to return Thank you all!!!

The folks at DVHHI are very responsive & helpful in the process of finding a home, booking, and support during the stay. Our home was amazing with great space & sleeping arrangement. The location is great for access to the beach, South Beach & Harbor Town. The kitchen is beyond nice & very well equipped. The pool area is also very nice. Best experience ever on HHI. Every time we stay at a Desitination Vacations home, when we leave after a week, we always say that it was the best home and the best vacation ever! This home at 28 Baynard Cove WAS THE BEST according to all our teenage and college age grandchildren and their parents. It is a beautifully maintained home in the middle of everything. The kids could bicycle all over and be at the beach, South Beach or Harbor Town in minutes. The pool was a wonderful addition to the experience we shared at this beautiful home. Thank you to the owners for providing for all our needs and thanks to Destination Vacations staff for being so informative and helpful. We definitely recommend this home to all vacationers!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us. So many bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all. We loved the pool! The beach was a bike ride or walk away! Screened in porch was much bigger than we had anticipated. Really, a great house!

The only reason I didn’t say that my expectations were “exceeded” is because we stayed in this home last year and I knew what to expect. (It did exceed expectations last year!) 28 Baynard Cove is a perfect vacation home! The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool and hot tub are clean and well kept. The floor plan is perfect for good family time, but has room to spread out as well. Furnishings are very nice. We love the location...close to the beach and a nice bike ride to Harbortown and South Beach. Destination Vacation was fabulous to work with! All around perfect experience!

Staff at Destination Vacation could not have been more helpful. They are always willing to help and are always enjoyable to work with. The house was great. The pool service came twice and kept the pool clean for us - or as clean as could be with all the leaves. The amenities in the house were fabulous!! all the wonderful place settings and glasses and cups. The serving pieces were absolutely the best and made it even more of a joy to cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner. We were all well pleased.

No one came to clean the pool on the designated day, so I called your office and it was taken care of within a couple hours! 28 Baynard Cove was an amazing home!! We were expecting it to be nice from the pictures and reviews, but it far exceeded expectations. The technology and whole house stereo system was incredible. The kitchen has everything you could think to need and more. Pool and hot tub were nice and the location was perfect. Best vacation to HHI yet!
