A unique feature of this home is the lot location with protected green space (0.38 acres) on the north side of the lot, offering extra seclusion and an enhanced, wider ocean view. The location, combined with an impressively large pool, spa, private beach path and the perfect combination of furnished, covered and uncovered patio areas help to create a very special vacation experience.

The 2nd floor of this home really shines with an open floorplan and a wall of windows with clear views of the ocean. The updated kitchen, dining area and living room with extra seating areas and wet bar are on this level, along with two bedroom suites and a powder room. The kitchen features stainless appliances, extra counterspace and a gas range, and the wet bar provides an extra beverage cooler. There is also a spare refrigerator in the garage for guest use and a gas grill on the 2nd level covered patio.

The guest suite on the 2nd level features 2 queen beds, closet, TV and private bath with walk-in shower, and the master suite on the 2nd floor features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, access to oceanfront balcony and full bath with separate tub and shower. Along with the master suite, the living room also provides balcony access to a covered oceanfront patio and the perfect setting for morning coffee, mid-day relaxation, grilling and evening gatherings!

The first floor features a wet bar with microwave and beverage cooler, living room with TV, sofa and chairs, and 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedroom suites are identical, both open to the pool deck and feature king beds, closets, TVs and private baths with walk-in showers. The third bedroom is made for kids with 2 sets of bunk beds, closet, TV and private bath with shower/tub combination. The laundry room is located on the first floor, as well as a powder room which also serves as a pool bath with side door to the outside.

The home offers free Wifi and cable TV channels on each of the TVs in the common areas and bedrooms. There is driveway parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles, and one of the garage stalls can be used to store bikes, golf clubs, recreation gear and extra groceries in the spare refrigerator. The furnished decks with multiple levels, private beach path, pool and spa are the highlight of the outdoor areas and the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The private beach path is a boardwalk that meanders through the dunes and leads to the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo and newly renovated Plantation Golf Club, Harbour Town Golf Links and Sea Pines Beach Club. Also within Sea Pines are Racquet Clubs with professional instruction, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
