9 Royal Tern is a beautiful, 6-bedroom, 2nd Row Sea Pines home that sleeps 21-23 guests. Highlights include the upper deck with ocean view, expansive pool area with privacy fence and spa, and spacious bedrooms with private baths. 9 Royal Tern is a stone's throw from Hilton Head's finest stretch of beach along the Atlantic Ocean, and the natural beauty and scenery of the Royal Tern neighborhood is unparalleled.

9 Royal Tern offers incredible amenities including free wireless internet access, 55" mounted flat screen TV with DVR in the living room, televisions and DVD players in the bedrooms and full-size ping pong table in garage.

The ground level features 3 guest bedrooms: The first bedroom has a King bed, slider doors and view of the pool, 37" mounted flat screen and private bath. The second guest bedroom has 3 Twin beds, TV and private bath, and the third guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 6), comfy sleeper sofa (sleeps 1-2) and 37" mounted flat screen.

The 2nd level features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, large pantry and breakfast table for up to 8 guests. The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen and opens up to the large living room with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, 55" mounted flat screen (with DVR), access doors to the upper deck and views of the ocean. The upper deck is a guest favorite among those who value a peaceful and natural setting. The deck overlooks the pool area with an ocean view in the distance and is equipped with gas grill, umbrella table and 8 chairs.

The 2nd level bedrooms include the Master Bedroom with King bed and daybed/trundle, access to the upper deck overlooking the pool, and Master Bath with double vanity, 5-shower head spa shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor have a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other. Both of these bedrooms each have 37" mounted flat screens and full baths.

The large pool deck is surrounded by a privacy fence, and furnishings include 4 chaise lounges and an umbrella table for 8 guests. The pool is 15' x 25' and the spa can accommodate 6-8 people. Spa heat is included with all rentals and the pool can be heated for an additional charge.

This Sea Pines beach home is just a short walk to the water, sun and sand. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
