24 Royal Tern is located in the gated community of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Guests will experience serene tranquility as they relish the Oceanfront lifestyle with lazy days relaxing at the pool, lounging on a variety of furnished patios, sunrise and sunset walks on the beach or exploring all that Sea Pines has to offer with nearby bike trails, golf courses, marinas and nature preserves. The covered patio overlooking the pool is fully furnished with additional swinging chairs and gas grill. The pool grounds include the finest patio furniture, fire pit and mounted TV, and the Infinity pool features an underwater sundeck with fountain and built-in Spa.

The interior of 24 Royal Tern includes arched doorways, stunning wainscotting, deep grooved coffered ceilings, custom cabinetry and millwork, reclaimed wood accents, Precious stone, spectacular hand-selected artwork and Chihuly glass, all setting the stage for a first-class experience.

Common areas include the kitchen with top of the line appliances including two ovens and two refrigerators, Butlers pantry with extra SubZero refrigerator and wine cooler, Breakfast area, French Dining Table, Great Room with Arhaus furniture and accordion doors to oceanfront patio with limestone fireplace, Office on first floor with TV, desk and full bath, and separate Bar on 2nd floor with TV, full bath, Precious stone counters with under lighting, refrigerator and wine cooler. A separate Media Room with reclaimed wood wall accents features a 98 inch TV and wet bar for the best in live sports or movie entertainment.

All 7 bedroom suites feature tray ceilings, full baths, TVs and closets, and five of the king bedroom suites have ocean views. The bunk bedroom features 3 pairs of Twin over Twin custom bunk beds, plus 2 full beds, easily accommodating 8 guests but possibly more if two little ones shared a full bed. Two bunk bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and a tub.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for our family vacations for many years. My Mom refused to stay in the same house twice, but this was the first year we did. We thoroughly enjoy our time on the island, biking, playing pickleball, seeing the horses and gators. Destination Vacation was excellent. Working with us to resolve some snafus before we came and checking in to make sure our stay was going well while there. We are extremely happy with the house, the island, and Destination Vacation!

We visited Hilton Head in the 80s and 90s. Took a little break and have been back for the last 8 years - these with children and grandchildren. Hilton Head is the perfect family vacation spot. We've been coming to Hilton Head for many years for our extended family vacation. Destination Vacations has always been responsive if issues. This year's house was fabulous. The beach seemed much more crowded this year and seemed like there was more vehicular traffic, but we still had a wonderful time!

The home at 24 Royal Tern is the best beach house we will ever rent in Hilton Head. It is simply beautiful in all aspects from the interior to the exterior to the unbelievable views of the ocean throughout all areas of the home. It has everything AND features you wouldnt think of. There are several ice makers throughout, multiple wine coolers on every floor, hot tub that is pool temp but heats to 100°+ in minutes, Gas fire pit with outdoor tv, 4 main entertaining areas with large TVs, separate beautiful bar area for entertaining and much more.
