We are thrilled to welcome 18 Wood Ibis in Sea Pines to Destination Vacation! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has the look and feel of a beach cottage with professional updates throughout. Located 3rd Row Oceanside, 18 Wood Ibis features a private pool, gas grill, furnished screened porch, hardwood flooring and updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chair and features a mounted flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 guests and the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. A pair of French doors lead from the kitchen to the screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a mounted TV on the wall. The screened porch overlooks the pool, so you can watch the family swim while also enjoying your favorite game on the TV!

Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of this home. The first bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV and a full bathroom with shower/tub. This bathroom also has a separate door to the hallway so guests in common areas can use it. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds (XL size mattresses), mounted TV and private bath with shower/tub.

The 2nd floor of the home features a loft and additional bedroom. The loft has a mounted TV, sleeper sofa and chairs, and sleeper sofa linens are provided. The bedroom on this level features a king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower. Guests using the loft sleeper sofa would plan to use the bathroom in this bedroom or they could go downstairs and use the bathroom with the hall entrance.

The private pool at 18 Wood Ibis features a pool deck with regular chairs and chaise lounge chairs. The home offers a laundry area with full size washer and dryer and the home is outfitted with cable, flat screen TVs and wireless internet at no cost to guests. The home features keyless access for your convenience, and paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace is non-functioning inside the home, and this home does not have a landline.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
