1 Belted Kingfisher is a beautiful home that features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, covered outdoor living room with sofa and grilling station, private pool and spa, and a location only 6 rows from the famed Hilton Head Island Atlantic Ocean beach! High end appointments can be found in every inch of the home, from hardwood floors to custom cabinets, countertops, built-ins and coffered ceilings, are balanced with plush furniture and an open floorplan with 2 master suites and bedding for 14-16 guests.

The 1st floor of this home features a master suite with king bed and 42" flat screen TV and master bath with double vanities, large walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The first floor also features a formal living room with coffered ceilings and 60" Ultra High Def Smart TV, dining area for 8-10 guests, and open kitchen with 5 bar stools, center island, stainless appliances and gas range. A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, half bath and access to the 2-car garage complete the first floor.

Mid-way up the staircase is a guest bedroom with King bed, low profile daybed, 42" flat screen TV and full bath with walk-in shower and glass door. The full second floor of the home features three bedrooms and an office nook. The first bedroom is a master suite with king bed, 42" flat screen TV and master bath with double vanities, large walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, 42" flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom, the Kids" Room, features a set of bunk beds with trundle underneath (2 Double mattresses, Trundle is Twin), sectional couch with queen sleeper sofa, and 50" high def TV with Blue Ray player.

Amenities at 1 Belted Kingfisher create the perfect setting for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing with private pool and spa and outdoor living area with gas grill and comfy sofa. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. High speed wireless internet is available to guests with an updated Eero Pro Mesh network. Garage use is allowed for all guests of this home and the garage features a full size ping pong table for guest enjoyment. Also, for owners of Tesla vehicles there is a Tesla wall connector and charging station in the garage. Please note, this home does not have a landline and indoor/outdoor fireplaces are currently out of service.

Only 6 rows from the beach and within walking distance of the South Beach Marina, the location of 1 Belted Kingfisher is unbeatable. In addition, Harbour Town, the Plantation Golf Club and the Sea Pines Beach Club are easy bike rides or short drives away. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The house and location were fabulous. We had 4 generations in one house and there was plenty of room. Been several times to HHI but first in Sea Pines- loved location to Salty Dog. Like we had a private beach. Destination Vacation was great- came out to help with a few hiccups(no gas in grill, towel rack fell off). Definitely rent thru them again and love this house- beds were comfy, kitchen great. Wish they provided beach towels/ beach chairs. One less thing to bring. Fabulous week.

Our stay in Hilton Head exceeded our expectations in a big way! Seeing pictures of the home we rented didn’t do the property justice because the location was perfect, steps to the beach and Salty Dog. The decor of the home was the perfect combination of “beach” and comfortable luxury. There was a very thorough binder with answers to almost all of our questions throughout the week. The staff at Destination Vacation was incredibly responsive via email, and so friendly when we needed to stop by their lovely offices to pickup something we had forgotten at home. They will definitely be our first stop when looking to rent a home next summer in Hilton Head!
