Renovated and beautiful, 2nd Row ocean walkway beach home has been planned with thoughtful attention to every detail important to vacationing guests. Enjoy two living spaces - the large living room with 51" flat-panel TV with surround sound and Blu-Ray DVD and bar area with beverage center. Second living area is upstairs with 37" flat-panel TV and also has surround sound and Blu-Ray DVD. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, large center island, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with gas cook top, double ovens and just off of the kitchen is a large deck perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing and includes a gas grill.

The private swimming pool features a lap lane and cascading spa to provide the perfect area for sunning and swimming. If you need a retreat from the sun, there is a wonderful covered veranda with outdoor beverage station, ceiling fans and half bath for convenience. The private swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge.

There are three bedrooms on the first level. The master suite with king bed, 32� wall-mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and large bath with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom has a king bed, private bath, 32� wall-mounted flat panel TV. The third bedroom has two queens, private bath with tub/shower, 32� wall-mounted flat panel TV.

There are also three bedrooms on the second level. King bedroom with private bath with shower/tub, 32� wall-mounted flat panel TV. The second has two queens with a bath with private entry from bedroom and second entry from the hallway, this room also has a 32� wall-mounted flat panel TV. The third bedroom has two trundles (sleep 4) and is perfect for children. This bedroom shares the bath and uses the hall entry from the bedroom with two queens.

The location on the beach path provides easy access to Hilton Head's renowned beaches, and this wonderful location is accessible to all the of the amenities and activities in Sea Pines where you can enjoy dining, shopping and water sports. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Overall excellent service, though we did have a problem with the icemaker that was never resolved. On our checkout day, DVHHI went over and above in sending someone out to start my daughter's car as the battery had died. This was very much appreciated.

The accommodations work well for our family. Also, the location meets our expectations. In addition, HH Island offers a variety of things to do for all ages.

We have been coming to HH every other year for 30 years. We have stayed in condominiums and homes. This is by far the best house we have rented! This is our first time to go through Destination Vacation and we were extremely pleased in every way. The house was gorgeous, CLEAN, and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Service was prompt when we called about a slow sink and a malfunctioning ice maker. We loved the downstairs bathroom by the pool and the extra refrigerator. We will most definitely use you next time we come and will tell others what a great experience we had with you!
