Located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines, this updated beach home is located 2nd Row oceanside and directly on the beach path with an unobstructed view of the ocean! With private pool, 2 living rooms and multiple decks and balconies, 13 Cedar Waxwing offers plenty of space to congregate or spread out within the home and features 5 bedrooms and bedding for up to 11 guests.

The 2nd floor of this home is an open floorplan with wood floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and 3 chairs and features a mounted TV with soundbar. The living room has a door to the upper balcony that overlooks the pool and features a gas grill and dining table with seating for 8. The inside dining table seats 6 guests and the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large wrap-around countertop with 4 bar chairs. Located behind the kitchen is a full laundry room and powder room that serves the common areas.

Two bedroom suites are located on the mid-level of this home. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom features a king bed and full bath with walk-in shower.

The 1st floor of the home features 3 bedrooms and a fully furnished den with mounted TV. The bedrooms on this level include a king bedroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, both of which share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a king bed and half bath with commode and sink, but guests in this bedroom will have to use a shower in one of the other full bathrooms in the house. The first floor den is furnished with living room furniture and offers access to the covered porch overlooking the pool. There is also a powder room on the 1st floor.

The home offers free Wifi throughout and cable TV channels on the two TVs in the living room and den (please note, no TVs in bedrooms). There is driveway parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The furnished decks with multiple levels, beach path and pool are the highlight of the outdoor areas and the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The beach is only a few steps from this home and includes the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

The location in South Beach is also convenient to the South Beach Marina where you can enjoy the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, seasonal entertainment, watersports, beautiful scenery and the Sea Pines Trolley station (in season).
