Sea Pines Soundfront! 1454 Sound Villa is a luxury townhome with direct access to beach and scenic views of Calibogue Sound. Three levels provide guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room and kitchen, all fully upgraded with the finest appliances and amenities.

Elevated deck, ground-level patio with gas grill and open green space behind the unit provide the perfect setting for family gatherings and access to the beach. The main level of the home, which is the middle floor of 3 levels, features a formal living room with mounted TV, dining table with seating for 8 and kitchen with oven, center island with seating for 4, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A guest bedroom with king bed, closet and TV is located behind the kitchen, and a full bath with walk-in shower serves the bedroom and common areas on this level. The living room and dining room have views of the Calibogue Sound and a furnished deck on this level offers the perfect retreat for dining, reading or taking in the scenery with your favorite beverage.

The stairs leading up from the main level reach a Guest bedroom with bunk beds (Twin over Full mattresses with Twin trundle), TV and full bath with walk-in shower, and the top floor of the home features the Master suite with King bed, TV, sitting area with view of Calibogue Sound and full bath with double vanity, separate tub and shower and full size washer and dryer.

The ground level features the 2nd living room with mounted TV and access to back patio. The fourth bedroom with king bed, closet and TV is located on this level and a full bath is located in the hallway with walk-in shower. Stackable washer and dryer are located on this level, and the garage is available for guests to store bikes and golf clubs, if desired.

In addition to the quality appointments mentioned above, amenities at 1454 Sound Villa include a whole house water filtration system and water softener. The owners of this home offer their own personal beach chairs for guest use and have arranged two complimentary adult bike rentals for each guest reservation, along with free daily tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. High speed internet is offered for guest use and the Sound Villas feature a swimming pool for guests and owners of the complex.

The location is also just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants and activities. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

We loved the unit!!! Beautifully decorated and the living room seating was great to all be comfy together. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the things needed to cook and eat in. The master suite and closet is fantastic and loved the view! One small thing since you’re asking...I do feel it would be a nice improvement to have some shelving n the other bedroom closets or small dressers. There was plenty of hanging space but not enough place to put other items in the pieces that are there. We used the top shelves to store all the pillow and shams. The deck extension will be a wonderful improvement to an already awesome unit!!! We will be back! Thanks for the great service you always deliver!
