Offering dramatic oceanfront views with a location as close to the beach as you will find on Hilton Head Island, 15 Grey Widgeon is a custom seven-bedroom, eight-and-one-half-bathroom home that offers vacationers a luxurious Lowcountry retreat in Sea Pines.

Constructed to seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living spaces, this multi-level home features exquisite details throughout. An open first-floor plan with expansive gourmet kitchen, versastone surfaces, large center island with bar seating, top of the line appliances, dining room, mudroom/laundry room, furnished living area with coffered ceiling, large Smart TV and fireplace, and stunning, up-close oceanfront views make this vacation home one of the most coveted rentals in Sea Pines.

Bedrooms on the 1st floor of this home include the master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath has a double vanity with marble and bluestone counters and walk-in shower with glass doors. Located just outside the master bedroom is a private study with queen sleeper sofa, closet, flat screen TV and full bath with walk-in shower.

One staircase leads to a mid-level bedroom in the front of the home, perfectly outfitted for kids and young adults. This bedroom accommodates 6 guests with two sets of bunk beds, daybed in the shape of a boat and a queen sleeper sofa, along with a flat screen TV and en-suite bath with shower/tub combination.

A second set of stairs leads to the full 2nd floor of the home. This level features four suites, all with flat screen TVs, en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. Three of the bedrooms each have king beds and share a common oceanfront balcony. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and built-in nook with single mattress, perfect for a small child, and a side window with a beautiful ocean view. A third set of stairs lead to the top floor with 4 twin beds and a full bath with walk-in shower (new in 2024!). This top floor location also includes a private balcony with panoramic beach and ocean views.

Amenities at 15 Grey Widgeon are comparable to a private resort. The large private pool features a heated spa and separate sitting pool, all just inches away from the beach. The deck is furnished with tables, chairs and chaise lounges overlooking the pool with ocean as a close backdrop. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with ceiling fan, grill and mounted TV. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Outstanding property and home in every respect. Kitchen appliances, cookware and dinnerware are top shelf and well stocked. Bedrooms and baths - excellent. Pools and patio - outstanding. Located on a dead end street- very quiet. Public access path next to property is shielded with landscaping providing privacy- not a concern at all. We encountered only two minor issues and they were addressed the same day. I rate the property and service 6 stars out of 5.

Loved the home. We were there 2 years ago, and this year. We will rent it again for next year. It is beautiful, and right on the beach. The outdoor kitchen and set up are wonderful. The sleeping set up works well for our family. The management company came right out when we had a small problem with the A/C. Plenty of dishes, 2 coffee pots, 3 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and huge wine cooler. It is very well equipped for a large group. We love it.

Management company handled our reservation expertly and we had the necessary 4 Sea Pines passes mailed to us in advance. House was ready and very clean on arrival. Everything in the home functioned appropriately. It is nicely decorated and provided a great retreat for our family. Location is perfect. We had my wife and myself with 6 adult children and five grandchildren and we had more than ample space. Pool complex for families with kids couldn’t be better.

It was very helpful having the gate pass and code prior to our arrival. Thank you so much! Looking forward to next year! We enjoyed the home so much! New construction so nice! Loved the cleanliness of the home and the convenience with two laundry rooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, outdoor sitting area so comfortable and so much more! The location is our favorite on the island - not too close to the beach club and not too close to south beach. A real gem for sure! Thank you again.

We really enjoyed our vacation to Hilton Head! The house was perfect for our family and had all of the amenities that we are used to. It was almost as if we picked up our house in CT and moved it to the beach. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and you could ride to the Salty Dog area or Sea Pines center. We made so many special memories and hope to be able to visit again soon. The fire pit was really great in the evenings, as well as the bbq to make dinner on the night we felt like eating in. The only thing that might be nice is to turn the den on the first floor into a bedroom. It currently has a pull out, but not many people enjoy sleeping on a pull out. A full size bed would work better in there. Great house in a great location to have a fantastic vacation!
