1871 Beachside Tennis is located on the 2nd floor with stairs or elevator access to the parking lot, beach and pool. This beachfront villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and two balconies to enjoy outdoor dining or the ocean breezes. One bedroom features a king bed and the other bedroom features 2 queen beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, so this property offers bedding for almost any scenario needed by one or two families needing to sleep up to 6 guests.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex. South Beach Marina is a short walk across the street and also home to shopping, restaurants and the Salty Dog Cafe! Paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.
