The water views from this beautifully updated 5th floor Beachside Tennis villa set the scene for a perfect vacation. 1881 Beachside Tennis offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and bedding for 6 guests and is located in South Beach, one of the most popular vacation areas within Sea Pines.

This charming villa offers spectacular views of the beach and Sound. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds and both have private baths with double vanities. The master bath features a walk-in shower and the guest bedroom features a shower/tub combination. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions, and wireless internet service is included. Stunning improvements (2020) as reflected in the photo gallery include all new flooring, redesigned kitchen and baths, new appliances and fixtures.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

1881 Beachside Tennis is great a great location.and Close to the beach and Salty Dog. Pool area is large and well kept. Since 1881 is on fifth floor the view is outstanding. Inside the condo area is great as well. This condo met our expections.

I had a great vacation, the condo i stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The only issue was that I didn't have any water in the morning. I called the office and the situation was explained.

Manager's Note:  Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience at this wonderful villa!  The water issue was due to a lightning strike on the nearby water tower, which affected water pressure and availability during higher demand hours of the morning.  The issue has been resolved and we appreciate your patience with the inconvenience during your stay!

This new and beautifully renovated condo couldn’t have been more ideal for our stay. Whether traveling with and without kids (we had a one year old) this perfectly located condo had easy access to the beach, pool and cocktails at the Salty Dog! The beach felt like it was our own private beach, the pool was never overly crowded, and the restaurant, tennis courts and bike rental were all within a two minute walk. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed even bowls and cups for our little and to top it off the views of the ocean weren’t so bad! Looking forward to staying here again!
