Located in the charming South Beach community of Sea Pines, this villa offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths and bedding for 6 guests. A meticulously cleaned and nicely furnished villa will make you feel right at home while enjoying the indoors, and hours of outdoor recreation will be enjoyed by all with covered porches, direct beach access, an onsite swimming pool, nearby South Beach Marina and watching dolphins play in Calibogue Sound.

1884 Beachside Tennis is located on the 1st floor with private staircases off two rear balconies for convenient paths to the beach and pool. This charming 2 bedroom condo features a variety of special amenities including a remodeled kitchen with higher ceiling, all new cabinets and appliances, and pantry with barn doors, which is a rare find in Beachside Tennis villas. The location of this villa within the building is also unique, as it is located close to the ramp from the parking lot which makes it easy to roll luggage from car to villa without having to navigate any stairs or elevator. Views of the water are enjoyed from every room, and the Master bedroom has a King bed with new Stearns and Foster mattress and box spring (2023), balcony access and full en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, also with new Stearns and Foster mattresses, private balcony and en-suite bath with double vanity and shower/tub combination. Both updated bathrooms feature new countertops, sinks, lights, faucets and mirrors, and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping option. Wireless internet service is included and there are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

Our condo was exceptional. The views were better than the pictures! We saw dolphins everyday! The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. We have allergies in the family so cooking while on vacation is a necessity and this kitchen did not disappoint! Besides being beautiful, it was well stocked with everything I needed to cook all our meals. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a smart TV in the living room we could sign into our Netflix account onto. We can’t wait to stay here again!
