19 Atlantic Pointe is located in the prestigious oceanside Atlantic Pointe neighborhood of Sea Pines. This 3rd row home has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a two-story layout with multiple decks and porches for enjoying the outdoors. The dramatic design features high ceilings and expansive windows, large kitchen with granite counters and outdoor kitchen on covered porch with gas grill and prep station. The beach is just a few steps from the front door of this gorgeous home and the neighborhood swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court are exclusive to Atlantic Pointe Owners and Guests.

The main living space is located on the 2nd floor with living room and 65" mounted TV, dining room, kitchen and separate sitting area with oversized chairs that convert to twin sleepers. A master suite located on the 2nd level features a king size bed, large wrap-around windows and upscale stone-topped furnishings. The elegant en suite bathroom offers a pair of vanities with artistic glass basins, a whirlpool bathtub set in stone tile, and a custom-tiled glass-walled walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.

The other 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The 1st floor master offers a king bed, hardwood flooring, TV and private bathroom with unique tile work and a shower/tub combination. This room opens through sliding doors to a large covered outdoor seating area with a comfortable cushioned L shaped sofa and lounge chairs. The middle guest bedroom with queen bed provides a gorgeous view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. There is a TV enclosed in an armoire, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom on the ocean side has a bunk bed (Twin/Double) with a twin trundle bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, as well as a private bath with walk-in shower with stone tile work. All three ocean-oriented bedrooms have easy sliding door access to the outdoor seating area. The final bedroom on the first floor is a front-facing bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle. This bedroom also boasts a wall-mounted flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

If additional bedding is needed, 2 chairs in a common sitting area off the kitchen can be converted to single sleepers. Additional linen fees may apply if these single sleepers are needed.

19 Atlantic Pointe features furnished balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors, along with a 3rd level balcony with table, 4 chairs, mounted TV and ocean views in two directions.

We bring our small dental staff to HHI every summer. This year was the first time we have stayed at 19 Atlantic Pointe. We are hooked! Spacious home, we could spread out or group up as we wished. Well equipped and beautiful space, it is just steps from the beach. We had a house issue that Deborah and Bob, at Destination Vacations, worked out for us. I cannot say enough what it means for a management company to look after you! We are booked for next year!
