Please note, the swimming pool is in great shape but the stand-alone Hot Tub is currently damaged and out of service. We apologize for any inconvenience but wanted you to be aware before booking.

Located in South Beach area of Sea Pines, this beach home is in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous natural setting. The private swimming pool and raised patio areas overlook a scenic lagoon and are surrounded by lush landscaping for privacy. The pool and decking areas offer some of the nicest outdoor living areas you will ever experience with gas grill, updated patio furniture and the perfect backdrop for sunsets and wildlife viewing.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Please be advised, Sea Pines is a developing area with new construction taking place on most streets at any given time. Please call Destination Vacation if you have any questions.

The multi-level layout provides wonderful bedroom separation with the following bedding arrangements:

Bottom floor: Pull-out queen in the sleeper den
Bottom floor: Queen bed
Middle floor: King in the master bedroom
Middle floor: King in the poolside bedroom
Top floor: Queen and 4 twins

We've stayed at several different places in Sea Pines and 19 Wren Drive tops it all! The kitchen and home were stocked abundently with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, bareware, towels. Everything was immaculate! Floors and windows shine, showers and baths sparkled. The pool was was an added bonus as was the gas grill! ( the other places we stayed had charcoal kettle grills). True walking distance to the beach, and close enough to the Salty Dog for dinner and breakfast. Large enough for 4 adult couples to have private space, and group space for meals and card games. LOVE IT!

There is a good reason we return to Destination Vacation and HHI every year. We could not ask for more responsive and capable service. Our rental unit was excellent. So we’ll furnished and accommodating. Overall great vacation.

As always, we had excellent service. If there is a problem the staff is always quick to provide help! We have stayed in this particular home many times and it never disappoints us! The owners are always making improvements to the home, to make our stay perfect! A five minute walk to the beach and close to South Beach Marina! It is such a pleasure working with the team at Destination Vacation.

Everything was great at 19 Wren Drive and we have no complaints about the house. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if the pool was heated. The water was pretty chilly the first half of the week, and just tolerable the rest of the week.

Manager's Note: Thank you for renting 19 Wren Drive and taking time to share your feedback. Unfortunately, this pool does not have a pool heater so heating the pool is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The home at 19 Wren Drive was really clean. What a beautiful home and the location was excellent. DV was quick to send someone out when the hot tub wasn’t working. Loved the amenities at this home, the pool, hot tub and especially the short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to return and would definitely try to rent this home again. We have been very happy with the value in the homes we have rented with DV.

Thank you so much for a great week! The house was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It was a short trip to the beach! We loved the different living spaces for the two families and kids that went!
