20 Black Skimmer ~ Sea Pines

20 Black Skimmer is constructed with acute attention to detail and the highest quality materials in every aspect of the home. The home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths for up to 11 guests and includes a large screened porch, gourmet kitchen, private pool, spa, garage access and a prime 2nd Row location on the beach path.

The main level of the home is 14 feet above the ground and features gorgeous hardwood floors and impressive architecture. Upon entering the home, you will pass under the arched ceiling in the foyer that leads to the Family Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. The living room has a beamed ceiling, TV, DVD, Stereo and French Doors to the Screened Porch. The Kitchen and Dining Area are within the same large room as the Family Room, and the kitchen features a large granite island, Viking stove and double oven and stainless appliances.

The first master bedroom with King bed is on the main level of the home. The other three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home, including a second master bedroom with King bed, "kids" bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (Twin over Twin bunk and Twin over Queen bunk), and guest bedroom with King bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs and insuite full bathrooms with granite counters and double vanities. The "kids" bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and the other bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The large screened porch has plush furniture and overlooks the pool and spa. This porch can be enjoyed year round as it welcomes ocean breezes and ocean sounds from this 2nd Row location. The pool is 29' x 14' and can be heated for additional fee, and the spa offers complementary heat with your rental. The home offers free Wifi to all guests, but please note, this home does not have a landline.

20 Black Skimmer is located in Sea Pines Resort. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Please be advised, Sea Pines is a developing area with new construction taking place on most streets at any given time. Please call Destination Vacation if you have any questions.

We stayed at 20 Black Skimmer 6/24/23 to 7/1/23 and had an amazing week. The 2nd row beach home is conveniently located next to the beach path which was perfect for our active family. The home is beautifully decorated and our 3 grandchildren absolutely loved the bunk room! We enjoyed days at the beach and at the private pool. The open floor plan allowed us to be together for many different activities. We biked all over Sea Pines…Lawton Stables, Harbour Town, South Beach, Joe’s Lake for fishing. Destination Vacation kept in touch with us every step of the process and were wonderful to work with preparing for our trip. We look forward to our yearly family vacation on Hilton Head Island and this house is definitely our favorite!

It's a lovely home. Our guests who shared the accommodations raved about the open floor plan, ceiling height and generous great room/kitchen. The bedrooms are very large for a beach home and all baths are nicely appointed. We love being just one row from the ocean and beside the beach walk. It's very easy and quick to get to the beach but non-oceanfront makes the home a great value. The beach walk is not obtrusive; few people use it and those who did were quiet. The screened porch is an extremely nice amenity. Destination Vacation was very responsive when we reported a clogged sink and requested help with using the outdoor spa.
