This classic beach home in Sea Pines is one of the best opportunities for a memorable oceanfront vacation. While it is an older home, it is well maintained and ideally located on a deep lot with a private pool, beach path and direct oceanfront views. This 4 bedroom home may be the perfect spot for your next family vacation with 2 living rooms, screened porch, outdoor balcony and patio areas, and bedding for up to 12 guests.

The home has been maintained beautifully and the grounds offer exceptional areas for recreation and relaxation with gorgeous ocean views as the backdrop. The layout of this two-story home includes a 1st floor living room with large sofa and flat screen TV. This living room opens to the rear porch with comfy furniture and gas grill, which leads to the pool deck. Also included on the 1st floor is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and 2 guest bedrooms, each with 2 Twin beds and each with their own private baths.

The 2nd floor living room and upper loft are designed to maximize the ocean views. Start your morning with a cup of coffee in a comfortable chair taking in the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The large flat screen TV and casual furniture provide hours of entertainment watching the big game and an additional table and set of 4 chairs allow oceanfront dining, gaming or other indoor activities in the sitting area. The 2nd floor living room opens to the screened porch with rocking chairs and unobstructed ocean views, and the upper loft provides an additional common area with large sleeper sofa and private oceanfront balcony.

The 2nd floor bedrooms include the Oceanside Master suite with King bed, screened porch and balcony access, bathroom with separate vanities, tub and walk-in shower, and private office with built-in desk, daybed and pull-out trundle. The 2nd floor also features an Oceanside Guest bedroom with King bed and full bath with shower/tub combination. Since this bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedroom and kitchen, it is accessible for guests in common areas or using the upper loft as a sleeping area.

23 Snowy Egret has more than adequate driveway space to park 4 vehicles and the home offers wifi and cable TV. This home will allow pets during certain seasons (please inquire with Destination Vacation if you wish to bring your pet), and it should be noted that the Sea Pines Oceanfront location, private pool and private beach access are the highlights of this home. Bathrooms have been renovated and the home is in wonderful condition, but you may see evidence of peeling wallpaper or other dated features that you would not find in newer, more expensive homes. Also, please note that the pool does not have a working heater and cannot be heated.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
