24 Ruddy Turnstone is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with 4.5 baths, private pool, hardwood floors throughout, gourmet kitchen and superb location directly on the beach path only 4 rows from the beach. The addition of the 4th Bedroom and Bathroom (2022) adds 2 sets of Bunk Beds (Twin/Twin on each) and a full bath with walk-in shower. The attention to detail, quality construction and sunny pool surrounded by privacy fence, palm trees and live oaks will make an immediate first impression and live in your memory long after your vacation comes to an end!

The one-story floorplan is open and convenient for all ages. The open kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, gas range, warming oven, microwave and 5 bar stools for casual dining. The dining room has seating for 8 guests and views the balcony on the back of the home with easy access to the gas grill. The kitchen and dining room open to the living room with upscale furniture, built-in bookshelves, custom stone fireplace and mounted 70 inch flat screen TV. The entire room shares gorgeous hardwood flooring and tray ceilings with impressive beams and moldings, and a nearby powder room serves all of these common areas.

The hardwood floors extend to one wing of the home with 3 bedroom suites, including a spacious master suite with king bed, mounted TV, walk-in closet, and private bath behind barn doors with double vanity and walk-in shower. A guest suite with king bed, mounted TV, closet and full bathroom with shower/tub combination is next door, followed by a guest suite with 2 queen beds, mounted TV, closet and full bathroom with shower/tub combination. This side of the home also features a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

24 Ruddy Turnstone also features a separate sitting area with comfortable chairs and wall-mounted TV, which backs up to the 4th bedroom suite, perfect for kids, with 2 sets of bunk beds, dresser, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower. The bunk beds have twin mattresses and can sleep up to 4 guests.

24 Ruddy Turnstone features a keyless entry and offers high speed wireless internet, flat screen TVs throughout the home and a gas grill for guest use. 24 Ruddy Turnstone is located in Sea Pines and just steps from the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. My family has vacationed on HHI for over 20 years and we loved this house! Besides dealing with a few hiccups during our stay which DVHHI responded without hesitation. The large outdoor pool and living area was outstanding for my children and grandchildren . Beautifully maintained interior and large bedrooms were also a plus!
