Bedding on the first floor includes an Oceanside master suite with king bed and daybed and full bath, guest suite with 2 queen beds and full bath and guest suite with king bed and full bath. Bedding on the second floor includes a master suite with king bed, full bath and oceanfront balcony access, guest suite with 2 queen beds and guest bedroom with 3 queen beds and full bath.

This oceanfront home offers exceptional amenities with one of the largest pools you will find (completely renovated in 2022), spa, private beach path, gas grill and outdoor sitting areas. The grill station, ground level covered patio and 2nd floor balcony provide perfect retreats for reading, relaxing or catching up with friends and family while taking in the ocean view. Interior amenities include a new media room with built-in bar, flat screen TVs throughout home, wireless internet access, full-size laundry and high-end appliances.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. An outstanding experience. A beautiful home with a well-equipped kitchen (loved the ice maker), a responsive service team for a few minor issues and questions, and a magical location. Favorite moments include lounging in the pool, watching the moon rise at night on the beach, cooking meals together, family billiards tournaments, and reading by the pool. Kids enjoyed the many netflix compatible tvs, nice water pressure in the shower... very comfortable. We spent a memorable week with my sister and her family. Suggestions: There were a number of wasps around in the grass during the day. Beware. The red brick walk was hot open the feet - use the side path during peak temps. Highly recommend the home at 37 Ruddy Turnstone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
