Located in the heart of South Beach in Sea Pines, this fully updated beach home features a beautifully landscaped pool area, spectacular ocean views, and plenty of space to congregate or spread out within the home. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, 8 Brown Pelican accommodates up to 14 guests and is the perfect getaway for family and friends.

Upon entrance, the impressive living room will welcomes you home. The living room is the focal point of the common areas with tall ceilings, abundant natural light and an ocean view, and is located adjacent to the kitchen and dining area with access points to the oceanfront deck. The living room features two sofas, an upholstered chair, game/breakfast table with 4 chairs, and a mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen features a center island with four stools, gas range, top-end appliances (Wolf, SubZero) and plenty of counterspace and shelving. The dining table seats six guests and is surrounded by large windows with beautiful natural light. The home features a separate, private and cozy den with sleeper sofa, plush chairs and TV, which is perfect for kids or adults to get away and watch TV, read or play games. A nearby powder room serves the common areas and there is a laundry room with full size washer, dryer and spare refrigerator for guest use.

The first floor features an oceanfront master suite with King bed and separate sitting area with table, chair, TV and gorgeous ocean view. You may find yourself staring for hours at the view more than anything else in this special room! The master bedroom offers closets and a private bath with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. The second floor features an oceanfront suite with king bed, sleeper sofa, separate sitting area with two chairs, and private bath with double vanity and shower/tub combination. The other oceanfront suite on this level features 2 queen beds, two single beds, TV and full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, and the final bedroom suite features a queen bed, sitting area with sofa and a full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

There is no shortage of amenities at 8 Brown Pelican to make your vacation the most relaxing it can be! The home offers free Wifi throughout and cable TV channels on each of the TVs in the living room, den, kitchen and two of the bedroom suites. There is driveway and garage parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The furnished decks with multiple levels, private beach path, pool and spa are the highlight of the outdoor areas and the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The beach is only a short walk from this home and includes the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island beach where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue Sound.

The location in South Beach is also convenient to the South Beach Marina where you can enjoy the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, seasonal entertainment, watersports, beautiful scenery and the Sea Pines Trolley station (in season). We enjoyed the pool area as well as the provided beach towels. Kitchen was well appointed. The property has beautiful views. One thing that would have improved the experience at this home is the addition of window coverings in the kitchen/eating area. With the 10 pm light rule and no window coverings, we were unable to really use any of that area after 10, we weren’t able to sit and play cards or games there as we have always done at previous locations.
