Welcome to "Perfect 10" Sea Hawk Lane in N. Forest Beach! Recipient of the Home Builder Association Pinnacle Award for New Home Construction and the Lighthouse Award for Best Exterior, 10 Sea Hawk Lane offers a rare opportunity to enjoy one of the finest luxury vacation homes in Hilton Head.

This incredible house was the featured "Beach Castle" in the HGTV Dream House publication where it was stated, "This gorgeous, 5,700-square-foot oceanfront home was perfectly designed to the owners' specifications and you can expect every luxury you would grant yourself if it were your own dream home. Eight bedrooms comfortably accommodate people of all ages and requirements (the property has an elevator to all three levels and two accessible bedrooms and baths)."

10 Sea Hawk features 8 bedrooms, each with its own luxurious and individually designed full bathroom. A large bunk room/playroom with cupola and four built-in bunk beds (3 Twins, 1 Full) is a big hit with the kids. The large office on the first floor doubles as a bedroom with a memory foam queen sofa bed and a full bath with walk-in shower. The huge media room on the second floor has a 65" LG OLED Smart TV and a Sonos Arc surround sound system. It also sleeps up to four guests among a sleeper sofa and a twin trundle bed. Each floor has its own laundry room and there is a convenient kitchenette on the second floor. The first floor includes a massive designer kitchen and eating bar, a large dining area and a sensational Great Room with a wall of curved windows providing incredible ocean views. There is also a wet bar with separate refrigerator and ice maker, freezer drawers and convenient walk-in pantry.

Families love the massive 14 X 50 beach entry pool and the 7-person Hot Springs saltwater luxury spa. Also outside is an expansive covered porcelain terrace, as well as a separate outdoor dining area (with one of the 11 TVs in the house!). The terrace is accessible from the Great Room and dining room, as well as the two king bedrooms on that level. A fabulous Bull Luxury Q Outdoor Island kitchen with an Angus stainless steel grill, refrigerator, umbrella, and bar seating. On the upper level is another large terrace with fabulous ocean views, accessible from four of the bedrooms, as well as a furnished/covered sitting area accessible from the Media Room.

Great WiFi access is provided by the Orbi mesh network. The HVAC system has 7 zones, with 7 Nest thermostats to allow each guest to optimize their personal comfort. A Ring system provides professionally monitored smoke and carbon monoxide detection. From April-September, the rental includes daily beach chair and umbrella service and 6 bike rentals for a mandatory fee that is added at time of booking. The beach service sets up 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs each day and 6 well-maintained adult cruiser bikes will be there upon your arrival. Spa heat is included with rental and pool heat is available, upon request, for $625-$775/week, depending on time of year.

Forest Beach is one of Hilton Head's original beach communities and home to Coligny Plaza, the Island's "Downtown" with more than 100 specialty shops, grocery stores and outdoor cafes. Forest Beach is home to the Van Der Meer Racquet Club and Tennis Academy, bike trails, and miles of the Island's most beautiful stretch of beach and coastline. Guests are also close to Hilton Head amenities including golf, marinas with watersports and Zip Line adventure tours. Wow!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Not sure where to start, but I’ll begin with saying that the photos don’t do the property justice. The house and ocean views are STUNNING. Everything has been considered. We have visited HHI for over 10 years and this is the BEST house we have ever stayed at. If you need it, it’s there. Fully equipped kitchen (with multiple dishwashers), amazing pool (with sand toys and floats available in the garage), bikes already on site, washer/dryer on each level, TV’s in each room (and the kitchen and the patio)…I could go on forever. The elevator was amazing for ease in loading and unloading. The bathrooms…STUNNING…and massive. The house is well-decorated and incredibly comfortable. Let’s get to the host review….COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Amazing communication and incredibly thoughtful. From the mid-week pool refresh/clean (which we have never ever gotten at other properties) to the lovely surprise, we could not have asked for more.

I am finally coming up for air after moving in and a great night’s sleep. Thank you for the amazing cookies and the wine. You are an excellent hotelier. Horst Schulze would certainly approve. The Perfect 10

I can't say enough about this property! EVERYTHING and I mean everything has been thought of and taken care of. From the number of trash bags to the amount of dish washer pods and washing machine detergent to the silverware and dishes. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the past 6 years, this one is by far the best. Not just the home itself but the way the home was stocked and clean. The pictures you see don't do this property justice. The views are so much better. The sunrises are stunning. The decks are perfect for sitting, relaxing and watching the waves. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay.Amazing property!

Just Amazing

There are no words to describe this absolutely amazing property. We have rented homes for our large family all over the United States, beautiful homes, that pale in comparison to this magnificent home. And the attention to detail, and the needs of the guests is nothing short of outstanding. Everything about the home, the location, the style, the accessories, the fabrics chosen for the beautiful furniture, are superb. Our family plans on renting this home again and again over the next several years.

Perfect 10 for the Perfect 10

From the moment you step on the property, the worries of the world disappear and the breathtaking beauty of the home and view transport you to a place of pure relaxation and tranquility. Every detail is taken to the next level! The home provides a comfortable space designed for ALL age groups and sets the tone for family time shared and memories made (rare in our hurried world). Our family reunion included multi generations (ages 4-94). The home is designed for gathering with amazing views of the ocean and space to spread out. Proximity to Coligny was perfect for our teens and tweens and the beach front with private access and pool area was enjoyed by ALL. In all our years of coming together as a growing family, this home was by far our favorite. The property is highly recommended and the owners Roger and Karen are gracious hosts with a keen eye for detail. Our vacation week was a PERFECT 10 even with a tropical storm adding to the already exciting time amid COVID! Thank you for sharing your amazing space!

Epic Beach House!!

We just returned home after a week at this incredible home. You can see from the pictures that both the interior design and landscaping are beautiful. What you will love is the second floor great room, kitchen, and outdoor deck area. For example, you can sit in the swivel chairs and watch the large TV, engage in conversation, or swivel around and enjoy the incredible view of the ocean. You will really appreciate the two dishwashers and two sinks in the kitchen and extra refrigerated drawers for wine and beer in both the kitchen and bar areas. There is an outdoor table adjacent to the dining area that was a natural gathering place for early morning coffee and evening happy hour. It is covered and protected from the occasional storms that blow through. In addition, the beach is awesome and 6 beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Make sure you head down to the beach at dusk for picture taking. The dunes and ocean are a perfect background for portrait quality pictures. Lastly, the property owner, Roger Winston was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. This was simply our best family beach vacation ever and we look forward to returning again soon!

Unbelievably nice house!!!!!!!!!

This was the perfect house! I have been coming with my family to Hilton Head for many years and we have rented a large beach front house for the last 8 years and have stayed in many nice places but this one was above and beyond anything we have experienced before. To begin, Roger, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house itself is truly incredible and the pictures are great but living in the house for a week is better. I have never stayed in a place where the deck / balcony was so perfect for a large group. We spent almost every night sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and could watch the kids swimming and still have a perfect view of the ocean. The pool was extremely nice (and large) and the zero entry aspect was great for kids and adults alike. The interior of the house was just perfect. All of the master bedrooms were equally lovely and all of us felt like there was not anyone that had a "lesser" bedroom. The "bunk room" was very cool and the kids loved this room as well as the media room. The great room and kitchen were perfect as well and accommodated our party of 20 wonderfully with every amenity you could want. I could go on and on about this house but just trust me that it is everything you will want when vacationing with a large group. There simply is not a better house on HHI in my opinion. Can't wait to stay here again next year.....

Perfect 10 turned out to be just the home and location for our family

We normally vacation at the outer banks of North Carolina. This was our first experience at Hilton Head. The convenience of flying into HHH and being on the beach in 20 minutes was amazing! Our growing family of 5 married children and 7 grandchildren fit nicely into Perfect 10 allowing spaces for full gatherings and private time. The quality build and decorating of the home are impressive. The wind blew pretty strongly the whole week but once the doors were closed I couldn’t hear a whisper of sound from the outside. This resulted in some of the best sleep I have enjoyed for a long time. Initially I was put off by being required to pay extra for the beach chair and umbrella service. As it turned out, that service was a delight. The beach was a new experience for me as well. The tide has an extra large rise and fall, creating a wide, hard-packed, smooth, surface for riding the beach cruiser bicycles for miles on the sand. At low tide, large tide pools are created allowing wading and splashing by the little ones. I can’t think of one thing I would do differently to improve our stay!

Perfect Week at Perfect 10

An absolutely gorgeous home located in an amazing beachfront location. The ocean views are breath taking and can be seen from nearly every beautifully appointed room in the home. Perfect10 design provides space for family time and for individual space as well. The spacious outdoor balconies, the zero entry pool, grilling space, large hot tub and private boardwalk to the beach make this home a wonderful choice for a family vacation. Roger and Karen have built a luxurious and spectacular home...our family is very grateful that they share it with us

Absolutely beautiful!

My family and I were awed by this home. It is absolutely amazing! From the outside kitchen to the pool and deck (my grandchildren’s favorite) and beautiful landscaping and ocean view, to the great room and kitchen, bedrooms and upper decks,it was lovely.

The owners have an eye for pleasing decor and essentials for every possible need. The location is perfect. My entire family loved this house and all it offered. Glorious!

Perfect for our family vacation

10 Sea Hawk Ln was the perfect home for our family vacation on HHI! The location was awesome for a fairly private beach experience yet close enough for bike rides to various restaurants and shopping in the area. The house is extremely well designed for a large family and the interior design is top notch. The home is well stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Roger was super to work with and was always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back at 10 Sea Hawk Ln.

Coronacation

This property was gorgeous. It was very accurate in the pictures and descriptions, and the views from all rooms were amazing. The owner and property manager were very attentive and helpful with questions and made the stay very easy for us. We came down from really bad weather during this covid-19 crisis and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy a little bit of life again. It truly felt like home and was really hard to leave!! Feel confident booking this beautiful home :-)

Hilton Head vacation made special because 10 Sea Hawk is truly a"10"

Our impression of 10 Sea Hawk as truly a "10" is based on: Perfect house layout and fit for our large group. Ease and adaptability for the young children. Current state house features great beach access. Heated pool. Proximity to Hilton Head locations (i.e restaurants, stores, etc.). Direct involvement/connection to owner. Excellent management. What an excellent home to have been able to spend a week at. Top notch, highly recommended.

Perfect family gathering house

We vacationed with my 4 siblings and all of our children. It is by far the nicest house we have stayed in and we have stayed in most all of the higher end properties. This was the first time we repeated a property as it is simply a perfect house. We plan on making it 3 years in a row next year. As for the specifics, all the bedrooms are great, the decks are incredible and the pool large and welcoming with the zero entry feature. Finally Roger is a extremely attentive and helpful owner - Thanks for everything Roger!

Beautiful Home and great beaches!

This house was absolutely perfect for our extended family to get together! The house itself was immaculate, perfectly situated on the beach and had everything we could possibly need. The owner was always in contact and very responsive. The house was great for our families which ranged in age from 4-72! Fabulous!

This house is amazing! Every little detail is thought about for the stay. We had our extended family with us and everyone agreed it was by far the nicest house we ever rented. The pool, the views, the amazing kitchen, and fabulous bedrooms were some of the highlights!

10 Sea Hawk is exceptional

We’re a family of 15, ranging from age 13-74. This beach home layout was perfect for us. Shopping, golf were nearby. Property owner and property manager were both very helpful before and during our stay. After 20 years plus this was our best beach vacation.

10 Seahawk

Beautiful property! This house is a solid well built home that is quiet and thoughtfully designed. The furnishings are elegant but extremely comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Overall, the house felt like it was our luxurious comfortable home for the week, not a beach rental. The property management company and the owner were both communicating with us during our stay to assure we had a great vacation.

Best family vacation EVER!!!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s in our adult lives but this one was by far above and beyond any of them. The owner and property manager were available for any and all questions or concerns. Home had everything you could ever want or need while on vacation. I rated the neighborhood a 3 star because of the building being done next door but when we called the owner he made a phone call and the noise ceased for the duration of the week. The home was truly a perfect 10!!! Can’t wait to go back and make more family memories!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

House saved the vacation

Although the weather was far from ideal, the house saved the vacation. We used the hot tub, fire pit, and played games in the garage. We enjoyed the Sonos system and the media room. Also great to have five ocean front bedrooms.

Perfect 10 is RIGHT!

We had an outstanding stay at 10 Sea Hawk. The house is unbelievable. Lots of space, great walk-in pool and instant access to the beach. The owners have been very thoughtful with how the house is set up and supplied. Space, Space and more Space. Our family of 10 with 2 littles (both under 3) had plenty of space to gather in the great room and kitchen, but also "quiet time" space in office and upstairs media room! The kitchen has everything you need and then some. NEVER ran out of silverware, dishes or cooking pans. Sonos speakers, upscale appliances and multiple icemakers. Everything you need for beach is already there - chairs, toys, wagons - they have supplied it. We will be there again as soon as possible!
