The beautiful bedrooms each have a private bath, designed for comfort and privacy. Step outside from the Great Room to the large screened porch where you can unwind or dine on the comfortable furniture or move out to the pool deck with lounge chairs and gas grill.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation rental is a short, safe walk on a paved beach path to the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island. At the end of the street, you will find the paved bike path that runs throughout Sea Pines and outside of the community gates if you dare to go further! Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. A wonderful vacation. The house was outstanding and is the best rental house ever. Everything that we needed was there. From confirming the reservation to check out, DV communication was excellent. The home is in a great location with easy beach and bike path access. The kitchen was amazing for group dinners and if you didn’t feel like going to the beach, the pool was very relaxing. Tons of space to spread out with comfortable beds, high end appliances and finishes.

The home at 11 DuckHawk is newly remodeled and exceptionally well decorated.All the family loved staying there; just a short walk to the beach and a family friendly pool. The two refrigerators plus ice maker is ideal as is the well equipped kitchen. Only one think I think they could add is a bar to hold onto to step into and out of the pool for us senior citizens. I was impressed with DVHHI as they called to check on us the second day and they quickly fixed the only small problem we had with our coffee pot. I’ve rented from Beach Properties several times and I don’t recall them ever checking on us. Your emails and reminders during our stay were helpful.
