We are thrilled to welcome 12 Laughing Gull in Sea Pines Plantation to Destination Vacation! Built in 2018, this gorgeous 6 bedroom home is located 2nd Row from the ocean and directly on the beach path. Professionally decorated with a dream combination of Coastal Home and Lowcountry Sophistication, this custom home features a media room, fully furnished covered outdoor patio with grilling station and TV, two laundry rooms, gourmet kitchen, private pool and spa and bedding for up to 16 guests. Welcome to 12 Laughing Gull, your vacation has just begun!

The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with living room, formal dining and open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, including a gas range, 2 ovens and wine cooler. A large walk-in pantry, laundry room, half bath - which doubles as a pool bath - and garage provide ample utility space. The fully furnished outdoor living area features a grill and mounted TV overlooking the private swimming pool.

The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and large master bath with a double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. Also on the 1st floor is a queen suite with mounted TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Halfway up the stairs is a large media room with wrap-around sofa and 75" mounted flat screen, perfect for viewing games or movies. This room has a table and 4 chairs for games or reading, microwave, beverage cooler and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor features four bedrooms and a 2nd laundry room. The bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, desk, TV and full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. Younger guests will absolutely love the Bunk Bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (Twin over Twin mattresses) and a full bed with a full mattress trundle underneath. This room will sleep 6 comfortably. There is also a mounted flat screen TV and a full bath with shower/tub combination. The 3rd bedroom is a suite with queen bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower, and the 4th bedroom is a suite with a king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms are decorated with the finest coastal pieces and the entire home is nicely appointed with special fixtures and trimwork that will immediately grab your attention.

Amenities at 12 Laughing Gull will make you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. The large private pool features a heated spa and paver pool deck with chaise lounges. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with sofa, chairs, table for four, ceiling fan, grill and mounted TV. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. The home features keyless access and the garage with spare refrigerator is available for guest use. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplaces are non-functioning on covered patio and inside the home.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo and newly renovated Plantation Golf Club, Harbour Town Golf Links and Sea Pines Beach Club. Also within Sea Pines are Racquet Clubs with professional instruction, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We have been coming to HHI for 23 years so it was not a new destination for us. We really loved the house at 12 Laughing Gull. The island was quite a bit more crowded then we are used to, but was expected since COVID. Wish the owners had an outdoor broom so we could have swept the pool deck everyday. With all of the rain the pool area became dirty and it ended up in the pool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our questions were answered promptly and completely. Beautiful home at 12 Laughing Gull. Loved the proximity to the beach and the comfortable, easy layout of the home. We spent many hours lounging on the porch and in the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms and common areas are all beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Cleaning staff in between weeks was excellent and very thorough. Would definitely stay there again.

As a family that has been coming to Hilton Head/Sea Pines since 1978 we have have had many great experiences but none better than working with Destination Vacation and staying at 12 Laughing Gull. The staff at Destination Vacation is always friendly and quick to respond to any request. The owners of 12 Laughing Gull have a well thought out home for both adults and children The beach access is as good as being beachfront. With four small children and eight adults eating in is a priority. The kitchen is a delight to cook in and easily accomodates everyone. Can't say enough good things about this house. We look forward to many more years working with Destination Vacation and building memories at 12 Laughing Gull!
