This 7 bedroom vacation home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. High end appointments, from the travertine tile floors to the custom cabinets, countertops and mouldings, are balanced with plush furniture, multiple living areas and an open floorplan. This home is 3rd Row from the ocean (on the beach path) and offers exceptional amenities, such as private pool (can be heated for additional charge), spa, ping pong table, gas grill and outdoor sitting areas.

The 1st floor of this home features a master bedroom, gourmet kitchen that opens to a large living room with 65" flat screen and dining area adjacent to the living room with views of the private pool. A separate den with 60" flat screen is located behind the kitchen. The first floor also includes the laundry room and a separate full bath. The mid level is halfway up the staircase and has a bedroom with queen bed and a full bath. The top level features a second master suite with wet bar and expansive master bath, two bedrooms each with 2 double beds and full baths, and King bedroom that shares a private hallway and full bath with a Queen bedroom.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. As always, great team!. If I had the professional responses from you (AND the contractors that you engage when needed) when living at my own home, I might even want to stay there. But that makes it even more special when we're here!

Our three families had a great time! Whenever we required assistance, it happened quickly and was done well. Everyone we spoke to from the reception office to the Maintenance person to the Housekeeping persons did a fantastic job. Everyone was helpful and courteous! In the light of the difficulties that Hilton Head and the world is facing with the COVID 19 crisis, Destination Vacation deserves our kudos - thanks! The Owner obviously spent money to upgrade the Pool and outside area. Thanks, it looks great and is very safe for little children! Let's hope we see you next year!

Beautiful facility with all of the amenities we could ask for. Home was clean upon arrival and pool was maintained during the week. We will certainly keep this home in mind for future rentals.

Have rented in Sea Pines for over 25 years. Love the area and most houses are fabulous. This one was no exception! Lots of rooms for sleeping, two rooms for gathering, eating, playing card games, etc. Short walk to the beach for both my 87-year old mom and toddler grandchildren! Easy access to bike trails so everyone had time with family members both at the house and beyond!
