This spectacular Sea Pines home is just steps from the paved beach walk and located in a picturesque lagoon setting. The large private pool and spa overlook a scenic lagoon, as do the great room, the screened porch, and all of the bedrooms - in fact every room has a beautiful water view.

The fully furnished screened porch has a flat screen TV, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The spacious 2 story design has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, plus an outdoor pool bath. The first floor has a large Great Room, gourmet kitchen, dining area, and spacious master suite, all open to the pool and/or screened porch. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, including a King bedroom with full bath (walk-in shower), King and Twin bedroom with full bath (tub/shower combination) and King bedroom with full bath (walk-in shower). The 5th bedroom is a kids room with 4 XL twin beds built into the dormers, wall mounted big screen TV, game table, sofa, closet and full bath with tub/shower combination.

The beautiful architectural details, along with the professionally decorated interior make this one of the finest rental homes available on Hilton Head Island, and the location in Sea Pines is convenient to every amenity within the resort. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The level of service provided by DVHHI is superb. Any questions that arise are addressed immediately and in a manner that is friendly yet professional. Communication through out the rental is clear and concise. I would definitely recommend DVHHI to anyone considering renting a vacation home in HHI.

2 Sprunt Pond was in great shape and ready for check in at 4:00. Only problem was a camode that would not flush and that was fixed pronto. See you next year!

Have stayed at 2 Sprunt Pond every year (except one) since 2010 so needless to say we are very pleased with this location and all the amenities. The pool area & screened porch rate tops on our list & it is on the East side of the house to give more shade in the afternoons. An additional bedroom would be the only improvement as the young kids have grown to teens or adults. A great location is even better when you have a great person like Gail Edmonds who is always ready to assist with any need. Thanks & see you next year.
